** tap the shoulder 2x or 3x

** head tilt - chin lift
** jaw thrust - spinal chord injury
(manual stabilize the victim)
- check the breathing
** 10 seconds
** counting
1 - 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010
(if negative breathing, give 2 initial ventilation)
